YogaSangam is part of the parallel sessions at Hindu Sangam. The aim of YogaSangam is to provide an understanding of Yoga - an ancient psyco-somatic discipline developed and perfected in India with roots that go back by about 5000 years. Yoga is a unique discipline which provides a holistic view of mind and body.

N.V.Raghuram is the international coordinator and Yoga trainer in Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana (SVYASA), Bangalore INDIA. He teaches Yogasanas, Pranayama, Dhyana, cure for ailments like arthritis, asthma, stress management along with a full theoretical yogic and scientific background explained through lectures.
