Yuva Sangam is a track organized for youth of age 15 to 25. This track is planned to equip our youth with information and entertainment in a three hour program.
Hindu Sangam is organized by more than 30 organizations in the bay area. The Yuva Sangam team has invited the youth of many participating organizations to deliver informative and inspiring messages about Hinduism through skits, dances, keertans, or any other creative way. The program is designed to entertain youth while showing them an interesting and unique view of Hinduism.
How do you define Hinduism to a non-hindu in five minutes? Why do you put “Bindi/Tilak” on your forehead? Do you know a convincing answer to such questions related to the basics of Hinduism? How do you answer these questions for your friends? Yuva Sangam Panel Discussion is an attempt to answer and discuss many similar questions about Hinduism in simple and effective way. Expert panelists such as Dr. Subhash Kak, Eshan Katir, a youth panelist, and Dr.Raghuramji (SVYASA) will be available to answer these queries. So come prepared and ask questions you've always wanted to ask.
Youth have infinite energy, and the best way to expend this energy in a fun and creative way is through interactive games. The Yuva Sangam team has planned many different team games for you. These games are challenging, entertaining and are a great way to mingle with new friends.
