"I am extremely happy that HSS is organizing the grand Hindu Sangam in the Bay Area. There are 2 million Hindus in America and among them 200,000 are millionnaires. Their combined wealth is $ 500 billion. Such is the might of the Hindu community in America. But, we are yet to translate this might into cultural and religious influence. We can not only contribute significantly in realizing the American dream, but also to strengthen the emerging Indo-American economic and political cooperation. We also have to enlighten Hindus in America about the glory of Indian culture and Hindu Dharma. I am sure that this Sangam will be a milestone in furthering these worthy goals.
I wish all success to the proposed sangam on the 9th of September, 2006."

God manifested in a human form to create His own identity, proclaim the ancient texts and scriptures. "How complete is this human being in the God's creation!" say the scientists, scholars, and philosophers, and they wonder. The human being alone can try to become complete and reach the Godhood, is what it implies. And that alone is the purpose of Sanatana dharma or Vedic dharma. With that people in the world will be able to live peacefully and happily.
No religion wishes to have any friction with another. All religions propagate love and friendship only. It brings me a great pleasure to see that the Hindu Sangam has been organized to exhibit India's tradition, history, and culture and also its contribution to the world in various fields like art, architecture, health etc. Let the news of this Hindu Sangam spread far and wide. One ought to do that whatever is essential for the Liberation of oneself and for the benefit of the world. By God's grace let this auspicious festival be a grand success.
Let us spread the message of Hindu dharma (Vedic dharma) to the every corner of the world, the message of good will towards the entire world and peaceful living for all.
